PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY POLICIES AND PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY before using our services or placing an order with DRIVECORE LLC.

1.Warranty Period

DRIVECORE LLC provides a Standard 30 Days 'Parts Replacement Only' Warranty.

The 90 Days Warranty option, if available and purchased separately, extends the Standard Warranty Duration by 60 days.

All other terms and considerations remain the same under the 30 and 90 Days Warranty.

Warranty terms and conditions will not be valid and enforceable outside of the warranty period.

2.Warranty Activation

Warranty Period will auto-activate from the delivery date of the unit, as recorded by the shipping carrier's documentation indicating purchaser's delivery acceptance.

3.Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty will not cover any labor costs and/or storage fees.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • In the instance of a defective part being delivered, DRIVECORE LLC's obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the part/components covered under this warranty.
  • If replacement of a part is required and a replacement part is not available, DRIVECORE LLC reserves the right to refund the customer the cost of replacement parts value, not to exceed the original purchase price.
  • DRIVECORE LLC, at its sole discretion, may opt to replace the original defective part with another used functional assembly of like kind with mileage equal to or greater than that of the original unit.
  • Replacement of any component, transmission, or engine covered under this warranty will be considered a repair and will not change the length of time or terms of the initial warranty.
  • All warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period along with the original invoice copy.

Engines:

Are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts, if included, are considered accessories or extra parts.

Components NOT covered under warranty include all bolt-on accessories, electrical control modules, wiring, sensors, or ancillary items that may have been inadvertently shipped with the unit. Warranty is voided if the engine's heat tab is melted or removed.

Transmissions:

Are warrantied to be in good working order against any slippage or shifting failures. Any accessories such as but not limited to: modulators, governors, electrical control modules, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, or fluids are NOT covered under warranty.

For the warranty to be valid, standard "Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures" must be followed. Failure to provide proof of these steps being taken will void the warranty.

4.Warranty Exclusions

  • Any and all claims or damage resulting from: failure to maintain proper coolant, fluid, refrigerant, or lubrication levels; overheating of any type; abuse; negligence; freezing; personal damages; fire; flood; vandalism; theft; collision; acts of God; competition or racing; usage not approved by the vehicle manufacturer; improper load capacity; improper towing; usage of contaminated fluids, coolants, or lubricants; misuse; road conditions; riots; or acts of war are not covered.
  • Labor costs, accommodation or storage fees, incidental or consequential damages such as physical injuries, property damages, medical expenses, telephone or rental charges, lost wages or earnings, freight, shipping, or towing of a vehicle, or anything associated in the way of per diem expenses are not covered under this warranty.
  • Any and all commercial, for-hire use, sporting, or competitive use is not covered.
  • Breakdowns caused by mechanical alterations not meeting manufacturer's specifications are not covered.
  • Factory recalls or resultant breakdowns are not covered.
  • Costs associated with obtaining repair estimates or work performed to determine repair costs are not covered.
  • Breakdowns caused by excessive wear and tear for the year and mileage of the vehicle are not covered.
  • Breakdowns occurring under another warranty are not covered.
  • Breakdowns covered by manufacturer warranties, recalls, insurance policies, or legal settlements are not covered.
  • Leaking gaskets or seals are not covered.
  • Failures due to non-replaced seals, gaskets, filters, or uncleaned transmission coolant lines are not covered.
  • Transmission relearning, resetting, flashing, or electronic valve body replacement is not covered.
  • External switches/sensors on transmissions are not covered.
  • External appearance (dirt, oil, rust, etc.) of parts is not covered.
  • Claims occurring outside the United States are not covered.
  • Claims initiated outside the warranty period are not covered.
  • Continued operation of the vehicle after a claim is initiated voids the warranty.
  • Improper installation by a non-ASE Certified mechanic or non-Licensed Automotive Repair Facility (LARF) voids the warranty.

5.Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and include:

  • Diagnostic print-out from an LARF or ASE-certified mechanic.
  • Installation invoice & receipts showing Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures followed within 30 days of warranty activation.
  • Email full name, contact information, paperwork, and photocopies of receipts to info@drivecore.com. A DRIVECORE LLC representative will contact you within 24–48 business hours (excluding holidays).

Delivery acceptance is required for claims. Parts refused at delivery incur a 25% handling/restocking fee + shipping charges. Defective parts must be made available for inspection upon request.

6.Cancellation, Return, and Refund

  • All returns/cancellations require prior authorization.
  • Cancellations after order processing incur a 25% handling/restocking fee.
  • Cancellations after shipping incur a 25% fee + shipping charges.
  • Incorrectly ordered/canceled parts are the customer's responsibility (25% fee + shipping).
  • No refunds for engines/transmissions not returned in original condition (excluding shipping damage verified by DRIVECORE LLC).
  • Damaged/incorrect parts must be noted as "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt and reported via email/phone within 3 business days. Do not return parts without an RMA.
  • Defective parts may be replaced or refunded at DRIVECORE LLC's discretion. Refunds require return of the defective part within the warranty period.
  • Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Provide a tracking number. Returns must be sent within 7 business days of authorization. Refunds issued after inspection.
  • No labor costs or storage fees are covered.

7.Maintenance Requirements

  • Proof of adherence to manufacturer-recommended maintenance is required for claims.
  • Records must include: date, purchaser's name, signature, service facility details, mileage, VIN, payment proof, and services performed.
  • Handwritten records are not accepted.

8.SMS Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding messaging and communications:

Types of SMS Communications:

Upon consenting to receive text messages from DRIVECORE LLC, you may receive communications related to order requests and communication. Please note that standard messaging disclosures apply.

Message Frequency:

Our SMS message frequency is estimated to be 100 - 200 text messages daily across all users.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received. These fees can vary based on the carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:

Customers may opt-in for SMS messaging from DRIVECORE LLC verbally during a call initiated through our website https://drivecore.com. During the call, customers will be asked: "Do you agree to receive texts from DRIVECORE LLC? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, text STOP to opt-out. See our privacy policy at privacy policy." This consent agreement will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes. No SMS communication will be initiated without customer consent.

Opt-Out:

Customers can opt-out of SMS messaging from DRIVECORE LLC by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted-out, they will receive no further SMS communication. Customers can opt back in at any time by replying START.
